PLA Eastern Theater Command Employs Shandong Aircraft Carrier Task Group to Simulate Strike on Ground and Maritime Targets in Areas to the East of Taiwan Island
東部戰(zhàn)區(qū)新聞發(fā)言人施毅陸軍大校表示，4月2日，中國(guó)人民解放軍東部戰(zhàn)區(qū)組織山東艦航母編隊(duì)位臺(tái)島以東?？沼?，與海空兵力進(jìn)行艦機(jī)協(xié)同、區(qū)域制空、對(duì)海對(duì)陸打擊等科目演練，重點(diǎn)檢驗(yàn)內(nèi)線外線一體聯(lián)動(dòng)、立體封控和諸軍兵種聯(lián)合作戰(zhàn)能力。
Senior Colonel Shi Yi, spokesperson of the PLA Eastern Theater Command, says that on April 2, the Eastern Theater Command employed Shandong aircraft carrier task group, in coordination with naval and air units, in conducting military drills in areas to the east of Taiwan Island. The exercises included subjects of vessel-aircraft coordination, seizure of area air superiority, and strike on ground and maritime targets so as to evaluate the troops’ capabilities of integrated operations inside and outside the island chain, multi-dimensional blockade and control, and joint operations of multiple services.
